2. Intellectual Property & Affiliation

FauxTalks is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Apple, Twitter/X, or any of the platforms depicted.

The interface designs generated are transformative works intended for parody and simulation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the generated images complies with the trademark policies of the respective platform owners.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

FauxTalks is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of the simulations. We are not liable for any damages or legal consequences resulting from your use of the generated content.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to block access to our service (e.g., via IP ban) for any user found violating these terms.
